Italian plums and a graveyard shift

Last night/this morning was my very first graveyard shift at the hospital.

I think I died a little.

Here's the thing, the night before I thought it would be a grand idea 

to stay up as late as possible so that way my body would have 

no other choice but to sleep in well past noon.

So that's what I did... 

5am Wednesday became my bedtime.

Then I woke up at 11am.

My body can be so rude sometimes.

I made it though... and now, to do it all over again today.

(Which explains the au naturale hairstyle which barely ever makes an appearance)

Good thing they had my italian plums at the market.

Definitely made everything better.

Yesterday consisted of a trip to the fair... first time in years. 

After all, I gotta enjoy these last couple of weeks in IL.

Nothing can beat the sounds, smells, lights, and 

the incredibly unhealthy delicious food.

Pure awesomeness.
