Chili & Cheese {Dorm Room Edition}

Darlings,

This is one of my favorite lunch recipes EVER.

Except usually lettuce, tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream  

are part of the final presentation.

But when the nearest thing to a grocery store is the University's shop and your 

small dorm room contains only a small fridge and a microwave, 

you can't be too picky.

It was actually quite delish.

Just came across this picture of my sister and I.

It absolutely made my day.

By the way, those are my dad's famous Mickey Mouse pancakes...

mine just lost an ear which explains why it looks like a snowman.

Snow and Goodbyes

Darlings, 

This morning marked the end of my sister's visit.

No more late night talks, coffee dates, or trying to both fit on a twin-sized bed every night...

I'm going to miss it all.

Now I just need to survive Michigan's crazy winter and seven more weeks of classes

before I head out to Chicago for the rest of the year.

Wish me luck dolls!
